Perceptual Technologies Holdings Ltd (PTH) is an IP holding company for the evolving Vision-Space patent space. The company has issued Perceptual Technologies Ltd (PT) with an exclusive license to develop technology and commercialise the entire patent space.

PTH is a non trading entity whose role is to maintain the existing and developing patent space on behalf of PT and the consortium of interested parties involved in project development work and its commercialisation.

PTH is controlled by interests representing the project partners contributing to the success of PT: Cardiff Metropolitan University as a Higher Education Institute, a private investor and the inventor and current MD of the operation John Jupe.

PT and its partners will assign new IP developed from on going project work to PTH and the commercialisation of the technology will provide the finance to protect the patent space on behalf of the licensee and their project partners.

PTH is dedicated to ensuring that PT develops into a stable world leading R&D platform producing base line technologies from the patent space. These technologies will be assessed by specialists in PT from which appropriate commercialisation pipelines will be researched, established and commissioned.
